Daniel Faircloth

Senior Project Manager

• Navy Veteran with two tours of duty during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. Worked on weapon elevators aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower.

• Brings 20+ years of experience in the elevator industry; previously served as a Foreman for leading Houston elevator repair companies.

• Offers extensive knowledge from working across various settings, including commercial buildings, residential properties, oil rigs, refineries, industrial plants, and tugboats.

• Devoted husband and father of five, actively participating in his children’s sports and school activities (football, volleyball, and baseball).

• Committed to supporting Veteran-focused causes like Helping Heroes, the American Red Cross, Gulf Coast Division, and PAWS for Heroes.

Strongly rooted in faith and works to embody its values daily.

Daniel founded Valor Lift Elevators, LLC to address the lack of fairness and quality in elevator services that many customers experience. He wanted to offer something new—Something Distinct. Something Better. Something Valor.

For Daniel, valor signifies acting with integrity when no one is watching, being transparent and honest, and consistently going above and beyond to serve others. Guided by this principle, he took a leap of faith to establish Valor Lift Elevators, LLC and bring honor and service back to the elevator industry.

Christopher Thomas

Senior Business Services Manager

• Spent 20 years serving his community, building spaces that foster connection by collaborating with City Hall, City Council, law enforcement, corporate sponsors, political leaders, churches, and economic business influencers.

• Passionate about uniting public and private interests to drive inspiration, innovation, and change in people’s lives.

• Raised in a large family as the eldest of seven siblings, he was taught to put the needs of others first.

• Devoted volunteer at Lakewood Church in Houston, participating in ministries that uplift and empower underserved communities.

Extensive experience in business services for the oil and gas sector with companies like BP, Shell, Conoco, and Exxon. Later transitioned to elevator platforms with industry leaders like Thyssenkrupp Elevator and Schumacher Elevator.

Expert in managing elevator operations for large-scale residential and commercial properties. Specializes in service optimization, modernization recommendations, specifications, budgeting, and project oversight.

Christopher joined forces with Daniel Faircloth to build Valor Lift Elevators, LLC. Their shared vision of redefining the elevator industry focuses on providing customers with honest service, transparent policies, and comprehensive solutions—leaving behind outdated practices that prioritize profits over people.
